Q: Will the Amico work outside of the USA?

A: Yes, but Amico will ship with a standard US plug, so you will need to purchase an adapter kit separately. We are also working diligently to ensure that all necessary regulations are met for as many major countries as possible; however, the impact of the global health crisis has been felt in this process. If at launch, Amico is not able to ship to your country, we will refund your order.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: You will have the option to use a credit card or PayPal during checkout — simply choose your preference with the “Credit Card” and “PayPal” sliders.

 

Q: Will there be another chance to pre-order?

A: At this time, this is the only opportunity to secure an Amico entertainment system prior to the official launch.

 

Q: I placed a pre-order and haven’t received an order confirmation. What do I do?

A: Start by checking your SPAM folder for an email from “Intellivision Entertainment”. These messages can take some time to arrive, so please allow up to 3 business days for them to show up.

 

Q: What if I want to pre-order multiple systems or different colors?

A: It’s easy! Add as many systems and colors to your cart as desired, and proceed with checkout as usual.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my order and receive a refund?

A: No problem! Send us a detailed message through our contact form, and we are happy to refund your deposit.

 

Q: What is the total cost of the Amico?

A: The standard Glacier White and Graphite Black VIP bundles both retail for $249 USD, and the limited edition Vintage Woodgrain VIP bundle retails for $279 USD. Applicable taxes and shipping will vary based on your location.

 

Q: When will my Amico ship?

A: Even with the difficulties and delays caused by the current global health crisis, we are targeting a release of both the Founders Edition and VIP bundles this year, prior to the official Amico release.

 

Q: What about GTO Red and Galaxy Purple colors? When will those be available?

A: These are Special Edition systems that will eventually be available through retailers.

 

Q: Do you accept checks, cash, or money orders?

A: At this time, accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and PayPal.
